What is mobile detailing?
Mobile detailing means we bring our professional detailing services directly to your location. Whether you’re at home, work, or anywhere else in the Kansas City metro area, we come to you with all the equipment and supplies needed for a complete detail.
How long does a detail take?
Service times vary depending on the package and vehicle condition. An Express Detail takes 1-2 hours, Standard Detail takes 3-4 hours, Premium Detail takes 4-6 hours, and Ceramic Coating can take 1-2 days. We’ll give you an accurate time estimate when you book.
What areas do you service?
We serve the entire Kansas City metropolitan area including Kansas City MO, Kansas City KS, Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, Shawnee, Lee’s Summit, Independence, Liberty, Blue Springs, and surrounding communities.
Do I need to be home during the detail?
Not necessarily! As long as we have access to your vehicle and you’ve made payment arrangements, you’re free to go about your day. Many clients schedule details while they’re at work.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our website, call us at (816) 123-4567, or send us a text message. We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance, though same-day appointments may be available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is typically due upon completion of the service.
Do you offer packages or memberships?
Yes! We offer multi-detail packages at a discount. Ask about our maintenance plans that keep your vehicle looking great year-round with scheduled services at reduced rates.
What's your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.
What products do you use?
We use professional-grade, pH-balanced products from trusted brands. Our products are safe for all surfaces and finishes, including ceramic coatings, paint protection film, and sensitive materials.
Can you remove pet hair?
Absolutely! Pet hair removal is one of our specialties. We use specialized tools and techniques to remove even the most stubborn pet hair from all fabric and carpet surfaces.
What is ceramic coating and is it worth it?
Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer applied to your vehicle’s exterior that provides long-lasting protection against UV rays, chemicals, water spots, and minor scratches. It creates a hydrophobic surface that makes washing easier and keeps your car looking newer longer. For most vehicle owners, it’s an excellent investment.
Can you fix scratches and swirl marks?
Yes! Our paint correction service can remove or significantly reduce most scratches, swirl marks, water spots, and oxidation. Deep scratches that have penetrated the clear coat may require touch-up paint, which we can recommend specialists for.
What do you need from me for the appointment?
We need access to your vehicle and an electrical outlet within 100 feet if possible (though we have generator backup). A water source is helpful but not required as we carry our own water supply.
Can you detail in bad weather?
We can work in covered areas like garages, carports, or parking structures in inclement weather. For outdoor appointments, we may need to reschedule if there’s rain, extreme heat, or freezing temperatures that would affect the quality of the work.
Will detailing remove all stains?
We can remove most stains, but some permanent stains (like bleach spots or sun fading on fabric) may not be completely reversible. We’ll assess any tough stains and give you honest expectations before we begin.
Is there anything I should do to prepare?
Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before we arrive. If you have items in the trunk or cargo area, please clear those as well. That’s it—we handle everything else!
